  was founded by A.Vahit Kaya who has been practising law since 1991 in Turkey and various European countries. Mr Kaya has completed his degrees in law LLB, LLM and MBA in Turkey and Australia. In addition, the staff at   has studied and worked in legal fields in Australia , Hong Kong/ China, USA and various European countries including Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and England.
